I allege that Adam P. Karp, Center Valley Animal Rescue, Officer Wendy Davis and other Conspired to steal a homeless man's dog, with pre-meditated intent to place a lien for future services on this dog that they would later place a lien on to STEAL this man's property, cause him massive mental anguish, and punish him for life in their own special form of Vigilante Justice, I call Fraud on the Courts, Abuse of Process, Theft, Selective Prosecution, Painting in False Light, Criminal Defamation with intent to incite harm, loss of commercial value in breeding rights, loss of Emotional Support Warmth and Safety, and more Laws I intend to provide evidence on and file criminal complaints at some point.
For now the story and evidence will roll out via Blogs, Video Commentary, Trial Transcripts via Video, a Deeper Look Article Series, then onto a Master Chronology List, a Living Book online with links to all Evidence I allege, and a regular book at some point. As this Case alone shows how the entire process works when hundreds tell a STORY, Paint a Man in False Light, vilify him in the court of public opinion and they decide who gets to have their property, their pet and they decide the punishment and use your courts and your tax dollars to do it.
